Dav Kaur – Lead Director

I am passionate about helping small businesses, young entrepreneurs, social enterprises and charities by creating or enhancing their online presence using my digital marketing skills whether its social media, branding or website. I have been working as a freelancer for many years and decided to form my company Davina Connect Ltd to help businesses and communities and create job options for recent graduates or undergraduates from Coventry & Warwickshire Universities. In today’s world, talented young people are either consumed by big corporates or are left behind in underpaid jobs. My aim is to help them by creating a creative space for them to grow and flourish.

I strongly believe in connecting communities with food and love networking over a delicious meal. I came on board as a Director recently to a charity Mum’s Kitchen CIC. This project was started in 2016 to help minority women reduce social isolation and empower them by using their cooking skills to cater for events, parties and Pop Up Cafes in Coventry. We provide them with financial security and regular training to learn English, Health & Safety, Hygiene and new cooking skills.

I have been providing mentoring services to start-ups and young entrepreneurs. I love the challenge to set them on right footing and help them to reach their potentials. I use my expertise to help them overcome personal and professional obstacles.
